Responsible Investing Approach
The Investment Manager addresses environmental, social and ethical considerations and the consideration of norms for responsible business practices through a combination of positive screening, negative screening, ESG integration and stewardship activities. Companies generally avoided include but are not limited to, those engaged in the exploration or extraction of coal, oil or natural gas or the production of alcohol, tobacco or pornography with a revenue threshold ranging from 0% to 30%. The Fund also seeks to avoid investment in companies operating in severe violations of norms for responsible business practices such as the UN Global Compact.

Exclusions
Negative screening is an integral part of the investment universe construction, utilizing external analysis and data sources. Compliance is closely reviewed during company analysis, with any potential non-compliance areas investigated and monitored continuously. Companies significantly involved in activities incongruent with the Fund Manager's sustainability focus are excluded from the investment universe through comprehensive negative ESG screening. Materiality thresholds, ranging from 0% to 30%, are applied as outlined in the ESG negative screening framework. Additionally, companies in severe contravention of responsible business practices, those listed in national and multinational sanctions, and those involved in significant environmental or ethical concerns are excluded from consideration.
